I was a little worried the two-piece design would feel loose, but the shroud and blade holder lock together with zero wobble. At less than a quarter pound it keeps the hilt nicely balanced without getting heavy.

The two-piece design is what sold me, and it doesn't disappoint—the shroud locks onto the blade holder with a satisfyingly precise click. At just over a third of a pound, it feels substantial on the hilt without throwing off the balance.

The shroud and blade holder fit together with zero wobble, and the machining is so clean it looks like a single solid piece. At just over a quarter pound it’s light enough for fast spins, but the 1.5-inch diameter still gives a solid grip.
