Wasn't sure about mixing apprentice and elite parts, but this switch-body threaded on clean once I had the male-to-female adapter in hand. The wrapped finish feels nice and grippy under my thumb. Just remember you'll need that adapter and a separate one for the pommel, they don't come in the box.
