I strapped these on for a ren faire and the sewn emblem held up perfectly through a full day of swinging a foam sword. The leather is thick without being stiff, so they moved with my wrists just fine.
The leather is surprisingly supple right out of the package, and the stitching around the emblem is incredibly clean. Wore them all afternoon at a ren faire without any discomfort or loosening.
The leather is thick and feels durable, so I’m not worried about it tearing during costume fights. It fits snugly around my forearm without being too stiff.
