Il Tri-Fighter è una spada laser con emettitore schermato. È dotato di un pomolo svasato per una presa a perno palmare, tipica delle spade lunghe europee. La sezione dell'interruttore presenta un avvitatura ovale per abbassare la superficie dell'interruttore e proteggerlo da attivazioni accidentali. L'emettitore ha scanalature fresate sul collo, scanalature profonde tra le schermature e alette che richiamano il pomolo.
