The adapter needed to mate this with my Elite switch lined up perfectly, no wobble at all once tightened down. Weight is only 0.22 lbs so it didn't throw off the balance of the hilt at all.
Wasn't sure about the 4.6 inch length at first but it balances the blade nicely on my apprentice build. Remember to grab the male-to-female adapter if you're pairing it with an Elite switch, otherwise it won't seat. Solid little emitter for the price.
The 4.6 inch emitter feels really solid in hand and screws on clean without any wobble. I did need the apprentice-to-elite adapter to pair it with my Elite Switch, so don't forget that part, but once it's on the whole thing looks great.
