The leather has a nice grain to it and feels way better in my hand than the bare metal did. Wrapping it took some patience but the grip is solid now and it doesn't slip during spins.
Wasn't sure a wrap would make much difference, but the grip on my saber feels way more solid now, especially during spins. The genuine leather has a slight tack to it that keeps my hands from sliding, and it looks a lot better than the bare hilt.
Took a while to work in, but once it settled the grip on my saber handle feels secure even during fast spins. The wrap’s texture gives just enough friction without being rough on my palms, and the leather finish looks way classier than the plain grip I had before.
