Didn't realize how much I needed this until I popped it in and the LED glow softened to a nice even blade tip instead of a bare hotspot. Metal body feels solid and it slid into my hilt without wobbling. Just wish the thin-neck folks could use it too.
The plug seats firmly in my saber hilt and the metal finish matches the rest of the build nicely. I mostly use it when the blade's off so the LED isn't sitting exposed, and it does the job without rattling loose.
Finally got around to installing this blade plug and it instantly made my saber feel way more finished on the shelf. The metal body gives it that solid, screen-accurate look, and I love that it’s keeping the LED safe when I’m not swinging. Just make sure your saber isn’t one of those thin-neck model
