The double shroud really makes this thing feel solid in hand, and the v grooves catch light in a way photos don't capture. Swings smooth and the balance sits right where I grip it.

Wasn't sure the v grooves would read well in person but they catch the light nicely on the double shroud. Feels balanced in hand and the shroud lines give it a look that's clearly a nod to the original without being a copy.

The double shroud construction gives this hilt a really solid, layered look that feels way more premium in hand than photos suggest. It's got some heft to it, which I genuinely like for dueling practice, and the modern take on the classic design makes it stand out on my shelf.
