For 2026 we redesigned all of our knight sabers so that the emitter cap and guard are modular and can be easily changed out by the customer. The guard now locks securely into place with machined lugs and does not use threadlocker and is even more durable than the previous generation.
The SaberForge Knight Cavaliere Mk2 is our fourth European longsword-style saber. The focal point of this saber is the Italian-style ring cross guard with S shaped quillions. It features a leather-wrapped grip that is just 1.10in wide at the flats beneath the wrap. Using a slightly elevated switch and recharge port segment we were able to perfectly blend the switch section into the wrap, maintaining consistent geometry for the entire length of the saber. The scent-stopper-style fluted pommel blends into the handle and faithfully replicates the utilitarian design of an Italian longsword from the early renaissance. This saber has an extremely deep blade socket for superb rigidity while dueling.
