Tri Cree LED Module

The copper MCPCB on this thing actually pulls heat away nicely, I ran it for twenty minutes straight and the housing stayed warm but never hot. Resistors pre-soldered saved me a lot of fiddling.

Swapped this into a flashlight build and the three XPE-2 emitters are noticeably brighter than the single LED I had before. Came pre-wired with resistors already on the board, so I had it running in about ten minutes.

The copper base makes a huge difference for heat—even during a long duel, the hilt stays comfortable to grip. I wired it in under an hour, and those three XPE-2s throw out a seriously bright, even beam. Very happy with how clean the solder points are on the board.
